A\u0165 u\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o\u00a0n\u00e1lady, o\u00a0kter\u00fdch by v\u00e1m ur\u010dit\u011b s\u00a0radost\u00ed pohovo\u0159il m\u016fj mu\u017e, fyzick\u00e9 prom\u011bny na nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch m\u00edstech, bolesti sval\u016f, kloub\u016f a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bla, o\u00a0kter\u00fdch jste nem\u011bli ani tu\u0161en\u00ed, nebo \u017ealude\u010dn\u00ed nevolnosti v\u00a0nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch form\u00e1ch, asi nejz\u00e1sadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bna, kterou jsem poc\u00edtila j\u00e1, je obrovsk\u00e1 \u00fanava. Ze&nbsp;dne na den u\u017e nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 ponocovat a\u00a0pracovat si na sv\u00fdch projektech, po\u00a0cel\u00e9m dni s\u00a0d\u00edt\u011btem \u010di&nbsp;v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci prost\u011b pot\u0159ebujete pauzu.<\/p>\n<p>S \u00fanavou se ale v\u00e1\u017ee jedna z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u011bc, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v\u00a0dom\u00e1cnosti bez odpadu. <strong>Neschopnost d\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dehokoliv\u00a0nav\u00edc.<\/strong> Nejen, \u017ee stoj\u00ed \u00faklid (na kter\u00e9m ale nestoj\u00ed sv\u011bt), ale stoj\u00ed tak\u00e9 v\u00fdroba dom\u00e1c\u00edch su\u0161enek, buchet a\u00a0zdrav\u00fdch ty\u010dinek, ze&nbsp;kter\u00fdch se synem maxim\u00e1ln\u011b \u010derp\u00e1me. Stoj\u00ed vlastn\u011b v\u00fdroba \u010dehokoli v\u010detn\u011b va\u0159en\u00ed (a&nbsp;hlavn\u011b vym\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed) ob\u011bd\u016f. P\u0159i&nbsp;prazvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edch t\u011bhotensk\u00fdch chut\u00edch a\u00a0zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 pot\u0159eb\u011b j\u00eddla prakticky neomezen\u011b to pova\u017euji za dost z\u00e1sadn\u00ed nedostatek.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk toti\u017e lehce sklouzne ke&nbsp;snadn\u00e9mu <strong>objedn\u00e1n\u00ed si dov\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho ob\u011bdu<\/strong>, proto\u017ee tam zrovna va\u0159\u00ed to jedin\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, na kter\u00e9 m\u00e1te chu\u0165, a\u00a0na kter\u00e9 doma absolutn\u011b nic nem\u00e1te (aneb nech\u00e1pu, pro\u010d v\u00a0obou m\u00fdch t\u011bhotenstv\u00edch p\u0159i\u0161la kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 obsese panini). Jen\u017ee p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina dov\u00e1\u017een\u00fdch j\u00eddel je zabalen\u00e1 do polystyr\u00e9nov\u00fdch obal\u016f \u2013 a\u00a0h\u00e1dejte, <a href=\"http:\/\/eprehledy.cz\/jak_dlouho_se_rozkladaji_odpadky.php\">jak dlouho se rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 polystyr\u00e9n<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk toti\u017e lehce sklouzne ke&nbsp;koupi <strong>rychl\u00e9ho ob\u010derstven\u00ed<\/strong>, kdy\u017e si doma nestihne nachystat sva\u010dinu nebo si ji nachyst\u00e1 nedostate\u010dn\u011b velkou, nebo dostane chu\u0165 na n\u011bco t\u011b\u017ece nezdrav\u00e9ho. A\u00a0jak je zn\u00e1mo, rychl\u00e9 ob\u010derstven\u00ed r\u00e1dy vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed nepot\u0159ebn\u00fdch obal\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee snadno sklouznout ke&nbsp;koupi <strong>mnoha potravinov\u00fdch a\u00a0jin\u00fdch dopl\u0148k\u016f<\/strong>, jako jsou nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed t\u011bhotensk\u00e9 vitam\u00edny, l\u00edz\u00e1tek proti nevolnostem nebo t\u0159eba \u010dast\u00e9mu n\u00e1kupu Coca Coly pro uklidn\u011bn\u00ed \u017ealudku.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk najednou m\u016f\u017ee z\u00edskat pocit, \u017ee nem\u00e1 co na sebe (pravda, n\u011bkdy skute\u010dn\u011b nem\u00e1) a\u00a0honem <strong>nakupovat t\u011bhotensk\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed<\/strong> v\u00a0nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u0159et\u011bzc\u00edch, ani\u017e by ho napadlo, \u017ee ho vyu\u017eije jen p\u00e1r kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.<\/p>\n<h3>Jak tedy zvl\u00e1dnout t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed s\u00a0minimem odpadu?<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00a0prv\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b je t\u0159eba odpustit si, kdy\u017e v\u00e1s p\u0159epadne chu\u0165 a\u00a0jednodu\u0161e neodol\u00e1te. V\u00a0t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed je t\u0159eba dostate\u010dn\u011b odpo\u010d\u00edvat a\u00a0t\u011blu dop\u0159\u00e1t maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017eivin, proto se neodb\u00fdvejte.<\/p>\n<h4>1. P\u0159edp\u0159ipraven\u00e1 sva\u010dina na cesty<\/h4>\n<p>V\u00fdbornou p\u0159\u00edpravou na ka\u017edodenn\u00ed v\u00fdpravy ven je m\u00edt s\u00a0sebou v\u017edy sbalen\u00fd pytl\u00edk s\u00a0o\u0159echy (a) nebo su\u0161en\u00fdm ovocem, kter\u00e9 snadno, rychle a\u00a0v\u00fd\u017eivn\u011b dopln\u00ed energii i&nbsp;\u017eiviny a\u00a0nepodl\u00e9haj\u00ed rychl\u00e9 zk\u00e1ze jako jin\u00e9 potraviny, tedy je m\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 v\u017edy dop\u0159edu.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 jsem se v\u00a0posledn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch stala \u201ejabko\u017eroutem\u201c a\u00a0na ka\u017edou proch\u00e1zku s\u00a0sebou nos\u00edm alespo\u0148 jedno jablko (jedno pro m\u011b, druh\u00e9 pro syna). P\u0159i&nbsp;nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9m pocitu hladu rychle za\u017eene nejhor\u0161\u00ed stav. Podobn\u011b m\u016f\u017eou slou\u017eit i&nbsp;energeticky vydatn\u00e9 ban\u00e1ny, u&nbsp;t\u011bch je ale t\u0159eba d\u00e1vat pozor na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 skladov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 ur\u010dit\u011b si pamatujete \u0161koln\u00ed l\u00e9ta a\u00a0hn\u011bdou rozblemcanou sva\u010dinu. Osobn\u011b preferuji jablka i&nbsp;z&nbsp;d\u016fvodu lok\u00e1ln\u00edho p\u016fvodu.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Dostatek tekutin<\/h4>\n<p>V\u00a0t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed je nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pravideln\u00fd a\u00a0dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsun tekutin. A\u0165 u\u017e m\u00e1te n\u00edzk\u00fd tlak \u010di&nbsp;ho m\u00e1te v\u00a0po\u0159\u00e1dku, p\u00edt je pot\u0159eba mnohem v\u00edce, ne\u017e jindy. L\u00e9k na nevolnosti<\/h4>\n<p>Na nevolnosti se \u010dasto doporu\u010duj\u00ed z\u00e1zvorov\u00e1 l\u00edz\u00e1tka nebo bonbony. Proto\u017ee jsem \u0159e\u0161ila v\u0161e klasicky na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli, nakonec jsem si bonbony koupila, ale pokud m\u00e1te dostatek energie a\u00a0\u010dasu, m\u016f\u017eete si je vyrobit i&nbsp;doma bez zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch obal\u016f. Recept najdete t\u0159eba <a href=\"http:\/\/milujemebylinky.cz\/zazvorove-bonbony\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tady<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud se v\u00e1m \u010dasto to\u010d\u00ed hlava, nen\u00ed hned nutn\u00e9 kupovat kolov\u00e9 n\u00e1poje. Proti n\u00edzk\u00e9mu tlaku je vhodn\u00e9 bojovat krom\u011b dostatku tekutin \u010dern\u00fdm \u010di&nbsp;zelen\u00fdm \u010dajem, tradi\u010dn\u011b doporu\u010dovan\u00fd \u0161\u00e1lek k\u00e1vy v\u00e1m tlak zvedne jen kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b. Na n\u00edzk\u00fd tlak jsou tak\u00e9 doporu\u010dov\u00e1ny mandle.<\/p>\n<h4>4. Maz\u00e1n\u00ed b\u0159\u00ed\u0161ka<\/h4>\n<p>\u010casto se do\u010dtete nebo doslechnete, \u017ee je v&nbsp;t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed mazat b\u0159icho, aby nepopraskalo a\u00a0nevznikaly strie. V&nbsp;prvn\u00edm t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed jsem b\u0159\u00ed\u0161ko poctiv\u011b mazala, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b koupen\u00fdm (a&nbsp;r\u00e1doby osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdm) kr\u00e9mem z\u00a0l\u00e9k\u00e1rny, t\u00fdden p\u0159ed porodem mi popraskaly prsa a\u00a0v den porodu zadek. Pravda, b\u0159icho vydr\u017eelo \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Zv\u00fd\u0161it elasticitu k\u016f\u017ee je ur\u010dit\u011b fajn, nemus\u00edte ale kupovat p\u0159edra\u017een\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed kr\u00e9my a\u00a0masti, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost stejn\u011b nezaru\u010d\u00ed, jeliko\u017e je tvorba stri\u00ed podm\u00edn\u011bna mnoha faktory. K&nbsp;maz\u00e1n\u00ed sta\u010d\u00ed oby\u010dejn\u00fd olivov\u00fd olej nebo, m\u00e1te-li r\u00e1di speci\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di, bambuck\u00e9 m\u00e1slo. J\u00e1 jsem se r\u00e1da mazala olejem kokosov\u00fdm, kv\u016fli jeho v\u016fni, ale ten se doporu\u010duje mazat jen po&nbsp;koupeli na vlhkou k\u016f\u017ei, aby zbyte\u010dn\u011b nevysu\u0161oval.<\/p>\n<h4>5. T\u011bhotensk\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed<\/h4>\n<p>M\u00e1lokter\u00e1 \u017eena zvl\u00e1dne proj\u00edt cel\u00fdm t\u011bhotenstv\u00edm bez pot\u0159eby zm\u011bnit velikost oble\u010den\u00ed. Vzhledem ke&nbsp;kr\u00e1tk\u00e9mu obdob\u00ed, na kter\u00e9 je toto oble\u010den\u00ed pot\u0159eba, je ale fajn vyu\u017e\u00edt oble\u010den\u00ed z\u00a0druh\u00e9 (a&nbsp;v\u00edcer\u00e9) ruky. Pod\u00edvejte se po&nbsp;bazarech, zeptejte se kamar\u00e1dek, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed d\u011bti a\u00a0podobnou postavu jako vy. J\u00e1 takhle p\u016fj\u010dovala sv\u00e9 t\u011bhotensk\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed podobn\u011b jako oble\u010den\u00ed pro d\u011bti. U\u0161et\u0159\u00edte t\u00edm nejednu korunu a\u00a0nav\u00edc \u0161et\u0159\u00edte p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed zdroje.<\/p>\n<p>Je vhodn\u00e9 tak\u00e9 zvolit takov\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete nosit i&nbsp;po&nbsp;skon\u010den\u00ed t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed &#8211; v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad sukn\u011b s\u00a0gumou v&nbsp;pase, kter\u00e9 padnou r\u016fzn\u00fdm rozm\u011br\u016fm b\u0159\u00ed\u0161ka, nebo tri\u010dka uzp\u016fsoben\u00e1 jak na velk\u00e9 b\u0159icho, tak na kojen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h4>6. Nedostatek vitam\u00edn\u016f a&nbsp;miner\u00e1l\u016f<\/h4>\n<p>Kdy\u017e p\u0159ijdete na za\u010d\u00e1tku t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed ke&nbsp;sv\u00e9mu gynekologovi, dost \u010dasto v\u00e1m doporu\u010d\u00ed t\u011bhotensk\u00e9 vitam\u00edny. Je dobr\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee (a\u017e na v\u00fdjimky) pro zd\u00e1rn\u00e9 t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 vitam\u00edny ve&nbsp;form\u011b dopl\u0148k\u016f nepot\u0159ebujete, \u010dasto sta\u010d\u00ed kvalitn\u011b a&nbsp;dostate\u010dn\u011b zdrav\u011b j\u00edst. P\u0159edporodn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edprava<\/h4>\n<p>Za cel\u00e9 t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba tolik v\u011bc\u00ed, jako je pot\u0159eba p\u0159ed porodem, k\u00a0porodu a&nbsp;po&nbsp;n\u011bm. Vzhledem k&nbsp;tomu, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o&nbsp;rozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00ed t\u00e9ma, budu se mu v\u011bnovat pozd\u011bji, v&nbsp;jin\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A\u0165 u\u017e zvl\u00e1d\u00e1te t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed s&nbsp;minimem odpadu nebo se tolik neomezujete, p\u0159eji zd\u00e1rn\u00fd pr\u016fb\u011bh s&nbsp;minimem nevolnost\u00ed!
